Outstaffing – employment of your temporary unengaged personnel. This service has been offered since 29 October 2008. Outstaffing is a personnel management instrument. If you are in business, it lets you regulate number of your personnel through engagement of your employees with our company. This service allows you, as a legal entity or private entrepreneur, to employ through our company your experienced and tested personnel or personnel not officially registered or those who cannot be officially registered with your company because of different reasons.
Outstaffing services are offered to private entrepreneurs and legal entities.
The advantages of outstaffing are the following:
1. All duties and responsibilities connected with the employment procedure are delegated to us (personnel’s employment, transfer, dismissal; employment records, orders, and office work).
2. Thus you can use the skilled and qualified staff for particular projects without having them to be employed either full-time or part-time.
3. The risks of part time employment are assumed by our company
4. Possibility to cut down tax expenses (house tax rate)
5. You are not subject to restriction with regards to employment of the disabled.
6. Amount of administrative and record taking functions (especially accounting) are decreased
7. You reduce your expenses as you do not have to employ additional accountants, clerks, buy excessive software, office hardware, and stationery, arrange working space.
8. It is the guaranty that all employment law provisions, tax and financial law will be observed.
9. In some cases the number of employees is limited (for instance, a private entrepreneur – single tax payer cannot employ more than 10 people). At the same time it is required that all people engaged for a certain project be officially employed.
Outstaffing services include concluding of:
- an employment contract with the employee and putting them on staff of our outstaffing company – it can be either an individual or a group of employees;
- arranging of personnel paper work as required by the Ukrainian current law;
- opening of individual bank account for each employee;
- paying of salaries, wages, taxes, compulsory payments and other deductions from the employee’s pay. Paying of aids on temporary disablement, making payments in lieu of vacation, other compensating and motivating pays.
Short description of how the service works:
- we sign a contract with you (your company) to engage the personnel for a certain period;
- make official arrangements between our company and the employees;
- we pay monthly to every employee, including all bonuses and extra payments defined by your company;
- we submit you a report on the work done and an invoice to make advanced payment (including wages fund and fee);
- we register the beginning and finishing of labour relations according to the current Ukrainian law regulations.
The cost of outstaffing:

compensation form the employee’s salary, taxes;

provider’s fee (approximately 30% (excluding VAT) of minimal salary stipulated by law, or percentage from the employee’s salary, or a fixed amount) agreed upon between the parties which depends on number of employees and the requirements they must meet.
